Leasing & Applications
You can get an application on our website, email us, call us, or we can mail you one.
At least one person in the household must be 55 or older. Complete all items on the application and do not leave anything blank. Write N/A if something does not apply to you.
For our subsidized units, there is an estimated 4 year waiting list. At the end of each calendar year, we send annual waiting list update letters. It's important to respond and mail these back in a timely manner to ensure you remain on the waiting list. When you get to the top of the waiting list and there is availability, we will contact you.

If there is a vacant unit avaialble, we can give you a tour before applying. Call the office at 978-897-5800 to schedule a tour.

You cannot move in until on or after your lease start date.
Provide at least 30 days written notice to management
Provide the management office with a forwarding address. After you move out, you will receive your security deposit (minus any damages or unpaid rent) in under 30 days.
